Vibration feeder is also known as vibration feeder. ZSW series vibrating feeder produced by our company is a new type of vibrating feeder designed for conveying large pieces of materials evenly before crushing and screening medium and coarse crushers. The vibration feeder adopts the structural characteristics of double eccentric shaft vibration exciter, which ensures that the equipment can withstand the impact of large pieces of material falling, and has large feeding capacity. In the production process, the block and granular materials can be evenly, regularly and continuously fed to the receiving device from the storage bin, so as to prevent the dead machine caused by uneven feeding and prolong the service life of the equipment. The vibrating feeder can be divided into steel plate structure and grate structure. The feeder with steel plate structure is mostly used in aggregate production line to evenly send materials to crushing equipment; the feeder with grate structure can conduct coarse screening of materials, making the system more economical and reasonable in preparation. Therefore, vibration feeder is widely used in the crushing and screening equipment of metallurgy, coal mine, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasive and other industries.

1. GZD series feeder can effectively improve the speed of eccentric shaft; the castor bar adopts the structure of two-stage ladder and lower installation angle, which improves the feeding capacity and feeding efficiency;
2. Using Y series motor and frequency conversion controller, easy to adjust, accurate speed regulation.
3. The main stress parts of the feeding box are thickened; the bottom and side guard plates are made of steel plates with higher toughness and strength, which improves the wear resistance of the tank body and reduces the maintenance amount;

Vibration feeder is composed of feeding trough, vibration exciter, spring support, transmission device, etc. The motor drives the driving shaft through the V-belt, and then the gears on the driving shaft mesh with the passive shaft to rotate. The active and passive shafts rotate in reverse at the same time, which makes the tank vibrate and makes the material flow continuously to achieve the purpose of conveying materials.
How is works
ZSW series vibration feeder is composed of feeding trough, vibration exciter, spring support, transmission device, etc. The vibration source of tank vibration feeding is the vibration exciter, which is composed of two eccentric shafts (active and passive) and gear pairs. The motor drives the driving shaft through the triangle belt, and then the gears on the driving shaft mesh with the passive shaft to rotate. The active and passive shafts rotate in reverse at the same time, which makes the tank vibrate and makes the material flow continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying materials
