The Solution: A Unique Two‑Stage All‑Jaw Crusher Circuit

Different from traditional jaw‑cone layouts, this plant uses a two‑stage jaw crusher system for higher robustness and simplicity when processing abrasive hard rock.

1.Primary Crusher: Jaw Crusher PE600x900

This heavy‑duty jaw crusher handles large raw material up to 500mm directly from the quarry. With a large feed opening and strong crushing force, it efficiently reduces hard andesite to a medium size of about 100–150mm for secondary processing.

2.Secondary Crusher: Fine Jaw Crusher PEX300x1300

Two sets of fine jaw crushers are used in the secondary stage instead of a cone crusher. Oversized material from the screening stage is evenly distributed to these two units for further fine crushing.

Cubical product shape ideal for concrete and road construction

Simple mechanical structure, easier to maintain in remote areas

Dual units provide redundancy; one can maintain while the other runs

3.Process Flow

Raw material → Vibrating feeder → Primary jaw crusher → Vibrating screen

Finished sized materials go to product piles

Oversized materials go to two fine jaw crushers

Crushed materials return to the screen in a closed circuit

All final products meet required grading standards
